The Department of Banking and Finance recently organized a session on "The Importance of Adapting to a Multicultural Environment." The event aimed to raise awareness among students about the significance of embracing and navigating multicultural dynamics in the banking and finance industry.
Dr. Sri Sarah Maznah Mohd Salleh, a Senior Lecturer/Assistant Professor from the Faculty of Business and Communication at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia, served as the esteemed guest speaker. Dr. Salleh shared insights and practical strategies for thriving in diverse work environments, highlighting the advantages of cultural competence and effective communication in today's globalized world.
